Maurizio grew up in Friuli, Northern Italy. Inspired by his father, and having a natural gift for the art, Maurizio trained and worked as a chef in France, Italy, and Switzerland. He has an uncompromising discipline to hand-craft everything served in his restaurants. You cannot mistake the sumptuous flavours and breathtaking artistry of his creations.
Always happy to be doing what he loves best, you will often hear Maurizio singing in his native Italian, while making magic happen with one of his amazingly memorable meals.
